|Recommended: YesCONVENIENT, SAFE, PRETTY HOUSING — Requested maintenance always comes sooner than expected. Scheduled maintenance-trash 2X week , lawn care are always on time. New paint, floors, and other updates on some-currently updating all I believe mine-it’s great . Storage room and garage have a lot of room. Love the pool and hot tub with cook out area
Only downfall, which isn’t a huge problem, but I do think the appliances refrigerator, washer and dryer, dishwasher could definitely use an update in my opinion-stove oven is fine—but def dishwasher and washer dryer. Kitchen sink faucet and sprayer could use an update compared to the rest of the house as well as shower heads. It all WORKS It’s just compared to the rest of the home, it could use that as an extra update. Other than that-lighting and all other updates are great

|Recommended: YesGood but kind of cheaply built. — It is nice to live among people that you know, but it is priced kind of high and the houses are cheaply built. But, the pool area is very nice and they keep the place pretty clean.

|Recommended: YesPretty nice but a few things could be better — Pool closes randomly and the chairs were broken gone for a while. They are back now and nice. Sometimes parking is full or someone will park a boat trailer in multiple spots. When renewing a lease and adding or subtracting a person seems to be a nightmare. Not sure why they couldn't just make a paper lease and that everything had to be done online. Spent nearly 4 weeks trying to get this resolved. Large apartment though with lots of space. Kitchen sink is a little rickety at times but overall the apartment is nice.
Steven, We are disheartened to read your review but would like to assure you that the pool closures within the last few months have been to ensure the health and safety of our residents in response to COVID19 and the ever changing guidelines and regulations that we have to comply with.
During this time, we took the opportunity to enhance our pool area with new furniture that just arrived and we hope you are enjoying!
In regards to the leases, we use an electronic system as it is more secure, leaves less room for error and is most convenient to be able to do without having to come into the office.

|Recommended: YesThe area is extremely safe and well kept in a wonderful community. — It is a welcoming community with plenty of things to do in the area. They are very accommodating and ready help if anything is needed. 10 10 would very highly recommend to anyone staying in Columbus.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to Live — We have really enjoyed living here. The garage and the amount of space available in the apartment including storage area and patio are the major reasons we chose to live here. The amenities offered such as the fitness facility and pool are great to have available. The walking track is also a plus. Our experience has been made even better by the courteous staff who respond quickly to maintenance requests. The grounds are well maintained as well.

Large rooms and very peaceful — Thanks to Nicole and Ben for making our move across the country and into a new place so seamless and easy especially during these times of Covid-19.
